Opaelg always takes customer satisfaction as its core. We attach great importance to the quality of every miniature moss landscape you receive. Since miniature landscapes belong to live plant products, their nature is quite special, so we have formulated corresponding refund and return policies.
If you are not satisfied with the product purchased or find quality problems when receiving the product, please contact us via service@opaelg.com within a reasonable time after signing for it. When applying for a return, please be sure to provide your order information and detailed photos or videos of the product. We will evaluate it according to the actual situation.
If it is confirmed to be a quality problem of the product itself or damage caused by force majeure during transportation, we will arrange a refund or re-shipment for you. Please note that to ensure the plant survival rate and product integrity, the returned product should remain in its original state. The refund amount will be calculated based on the product value and shipping costs, and the specific processing flow will be assisted by customer service staff. Please be sure to contact us before returning the goods. Packages returned directly without confirmation may not be processed.
