  1. Does the miniature moss landscape require complex daily maintenance? The miniature moss landscape is a relatively independent micro-ecosystem, and maintenance is relatively simple. Generally, it only needs to be placed in a bright, scattered light area, avoiding direct sunlight, and spraying a small amount of pure water regularly according to the ambient humidity. We will attach basic maintenance guidelines when shipping.

  2. How to pay for shipping? Our shipping policy is calculated based on your order amount. For orders under $49.00, we offer Standard Shipping at a cost of $5.99; for orders of $49.00 and above, we provide free Standard Shipping. In addition, we also offer an Expedited Shipping option at a fixed cost of $8.99.

  3. What should I do if the landscape received is damaged during transportation? We do our best to ensure the safety of products during transportation. If you find serious damage after receiving the product, please contact our customer service email at service@opaelg.com within the specified time after signing for it and attach photos of the damage, and we will provide a solution according to our refund and return policy.

  4. Is international shipping supported? Currently, our shipping service mainly covers specific regions. Please confirm whether your delivery address is within our shipping range on the checkout page when placing an order. If you have special needs, you are welcome to consult via email.
